[AquaGuard Case Study] Amano Kiko Co., Ltd.
Shutting out water intrusion! Introducing examples of protective clothing designed with summer heat measures in mind.
We would like to introduce a case where Amano Kiko Co., Ltd. implemented the water jet protective clothing "Aqua Guard," which features ultra-high strength, cut resistance, and high durability, using "P-TEX." In water jet construction, protective clothing is worn during work to prevent accidents; however, conventional protective clothing has mostly been very heavy and difficult to work in. Therefore, we developed protective clothing made from super fibers with ultra-high strength, cut resistance, and an almost 0% water absorption rate. With a total weight of just 3.1 kg, it significantly reduces fatigue associated with work, contributing to the prevention of accidental injuries due to fatigue. Additionally, it is designed to minimize sweating even when working in the hot summer sun, receiving high praise for making work "much easier." 【Case Overview】 ■ Background: Accident prevention in water jet construction and improvement of work efficiency ■ Solution: Development of protective clothing made from super fibers with ultra-high strength, cut resistance, and an almost 0% water absorption rate ■ Effect: Reduction of fatigue due to lightweight design, increased work efficiency in summer *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
